TVET Results is an intermediary platform. We do not generate, host, modify, or alter academic results in any way. While we strive to provide accurate portal links and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of results hosted on third-party college servers.

4 Limitations of Liability

In no event shall TVET Results or its operators be liable for any damages including, without limitation:

• Loss of data or academic records
• Loss of profit or financial damages
• Business interruption or service downtime
• Damages arising from use of or inability to use third-party college portals

Even if TVET Results or an authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage, our liability remains limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable South African law.

TVET Results provides links to official college student portals as a convenience to students. We have not reviewed all content on linked sites and are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of any linked website.
